LEOGANG, Austria - July 12, 2022 - PRLog -- Naturhotel Forsthofgut in Leogang, Austria, has 6 new yoga shalas in the forest and special yoga breaks in September (11-30) and November (6-30).

Made from local spruce, all offer inspirational mountain views and total tranquillity, enhance by birdsong and the scent of pine. An idyllic setting for recalibrating mind, body and soul.

One shala is large enough for a teacher with four students, another is for individual sessions. The rest vary in size accommodating between 2 and 4 people. They are also available for waldSPA treatments, a romantic breakfast or private picnic.

Guests can join Forsthofgut's complimentary daily activities programme including four yoga (Hatha, Yin and Power Vinyassa Flow) sessions per week for breathing exercises, meditation and movement.
