Industry veteran Kirk Fetter joins Colliers' Office Services team
Kirk Fetter joins Colliers' Central Florida Office Services team as Managing Director

Prior to joining Colliers, Fetter served as Senior Vice President of Leasing for Gaedeke Group, a full-service owner and operator of Class A office buildings around the country. During his more than 25-year career, he has handled leasing and overall oversight of more than 2.5 million square feet of assets in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and Washington, D.C.
Kirk most recently managed leasing for Brickell Arch, a 36-story Class A mixed-use tower in Miami that includes over 260,000 square feet of office space, 16,000 square feet of retail space, 10 floors of premium condo units and a 203-room hotel. Colliers has taken over leasing responsibilities for Brickell Arch.
Prior to Gaedeke Group, Fetter spent four years with commercial real estate investment firm Faison, focusing on office landlord and tenant representation. He is a Central Florida native and earned his bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Central Florida.
