Follow on Google News | Henry Mitchell signs one-book deal with Creative James MediaInnkeeper Abigail Trammell is content with her life in Drovers Gap, a typical Southern Appalachian tourist village until otherworldly visitors begin to trickle into town intending to stay awhile, disrupting the carefully casual lives of the eccentric locals. Over the course of two cycles of seasons, amusement turns to irritation and irritation evolves into terror as the town divides into factions intent on seizing an uncertain future or reclaiming a fictitious past. Passions are aroused on all sides of the deepening conflict, and violence ensues. Sheriff Omar Longshadow has his hands full when a raging forest fire threatens to raze the entire community, and it is left to the unlikeliest hero in town to attempt to save Drovers Gap from annihilation. Among the Fallen will be available in February 2023 in ebook and paperback online wherever books are sold. Henry Mitchell reads and writes in the Blue Ridge mountains of North Carolina.
