Carrie Deveney Named Director of Development and Recruitment

CHICAGO - June 14, 2022 - PRLog -- With the proven ability to lead and develop others, Carrie Deveney has been appointed Director of Development and Recruitment for the Oak Brook office of Northwestern Mutual-Chicago. In this newly created role, she will drive growth through effective leadership, from learning and development to attracting and retaining engaged and motivated financial professionals.

Deveney joined Northwestern Mutual-Chicago in 2020 as Associate  Executive Strategy Manager, focused on coaching, developing and accelerating the growth of next-generation advisors. In a collaborative effort, she launched the NM-Chicago Women's Initiative, a coaching and mentoring program focused on developing women personally and professionally.

She is a member of the Northwestern Mutual Women's Field Association, the first of its kind in the industry and was selected to participate in the Northwestern Mutual-Chicago's Committed Leaders Development Program.

Deveney holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Grand Valley State University.
