Free coffee pop-up "Café Alpaca" coming to London

LONDON - June 8, 2022 - PRLog -- Alpaca Coffee, a new coffee challenger brand, will open "Café Alpaca" on Sunday the 3rd of July 2022 in Soho, London, offering free coffees to try their product for one day only.

Coinciding with Plastic Free July, Alpaca Coffee will officially launch its new plastic-free coffee range. The coffee range will be available to buy at the pop-up for an exclusive discounted price.

Customers will be able to try and learn more about their speciality coffee, sourced directly from producers – cutting out any middlemen in the supply chain, creating more transparency and paying farmers fairer than fair trade prices.

Alpaca Coffee will be running a competition at the pop-up to win a 3-month plastic-free coffee supply and will also be hosting an invite-only coffee tasting at the pop-up that day.

There's no need to book, just show up on July 3rd, 10am - 4pm at 7 Farrier's Passage, Soho, London, to grab your free coffee.

Victoria Poon, Founder & CEO of Alpaca Coffee says:

"We are looking forward to welcoming people into our herd and serving up our coffee to try, whilst highlighting the important questions we need to be asking the coffee industry. Like how do we create more transparency in our supply chains? I think we often forget that there are real people behind coffee production, picking every single bean. We want to spark conversations over coffee, and invite consumers to be part of our sustainable, direct trade journey."

About Alpaca Coffee:

Alpaca Coffee is a speciality coffee brand on a mission to ask the coffee industry the awkward questions - like why is this packaging not plastic-free? And how could this coffee be better sourced? A 1% for the Planet member, they source their coffee on a direct trade model, cutting out any middlemen in the supply chain and paying farmers fairer than fair trade prices. Their coffee is packaged in 100% plastic-free packaging.

Founded in 2020, what started as a trip to South America for our founder, Victoria, turned into a quest to bring delicious coffee to people's homes. When Alpaca Coffee was born, it was her mission from the get-go to create a company that reflected the changes she wished to see in the world. Fun fact: the name Alpaca Coffee was inspired from a moment during the trip when Victoria came across a plain full of alpacas in the Bolivian Altiplano.

Event Details:

Café Alpaca will be open from 10am - 4pm on Sunday the 3rd of July 2022, located at 7 Farrier's Passage in Soho, London.
