Aditya Krishnan Joins Snell & Wilmer's Phoenix Office as Counsel

PHOENIX - June 6, 2022 - PRLog -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Aditya Krishnan (https://www.swlaw.com/people/aditya_krishnan) has joined Snell & Wilmer's Phoenix office as counsel in the intellectual property practice group.

Krishnan offers over 30 years of experience providing comprehensive patent prosecution, licensing, and litigation counsel to clients. His experience includes representing clients in a wide range of software and technology hardware patent matters, including, but not limited to, autonomous vehicles, streaming media, wireless standards, imaging products, virtualization, and Saas/cloud, and multi-tenant applications. Krishnan has represented clients in the automotive, aerospace, medical, software, and technology-related industries. He has extensive experience providing IP counsel to software start-up businesses. He also represents clients before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), and European Patent Office (EPO) regarding patent appeals.

Krishnan served as in-house IP counsel for several premier Silicon Valley technology companies and is a former primary patent examiner with the USPTO, where he had full signatory authority. While in-house, he was responsible for hiring and working closely with outside counsel.  This experience combined with his deep technical knowledge makes Krishnan well-suited to assist businesses on the evolving issues involved in intellectual property development, protection, and strategy.

Krishnan received his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law and his B.S.E.E. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
