Snell & Wilmer Welcomes Anthony D. Marino to the Phoenix Office

PHOENIX - June 1, 2022 - PRLog -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce Anthony D. Marino has joined the Phoenix office as an associate in the Intellectual Property group. Marino focuses on patents, trademarks, and copyrights. He routinely prepares, files, and prosecutes patent applications in the artificial intelligence, eCommerce, business method, biotechnology, agriculture, and medical device spaces. He has extensive experience filing and managing international and foreign patent applications. In addition, he is experienced in negotiating settlements for his clients in patent infringement matters involving their competitors and non-practicing entities (i.e., patent trolls). Marino received his J.D. from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, and his B.S. from University of Arizona. He is a current board member of the Ronald McDonald Charities of Central and Northern Arizona.
