The services covered under this plan include three periodical maintenance, two regular exams and screenings, routine x-rays, and one emergency examination. Patients can save upto $250 by paying $39 per month or $468 a year.

Senior

This package is tailored for senior patients who are 65 years and older. Patients can save upto $262 by choosing this membership plan. They will have to pay $25 a month or $300 a year. The services in the membership plan include two professional cleanings, two regular exams and screenings, two fluoride treatments, and routine x-rays.
