Realty Channel Partners Meetup At Eastwood, Hoskote By Broker Network & Industech Estates

The first ever channel partner meetup of Eastwood, a plotted development and design-yourself-a-villa project at Hoskote, the infrastructural hub of Bengaluru, has witnessed an overwhelming response yesterday.

Hoskote, in the recent times, has been a much sought-after realty investment destination for many of the corporate honchos from Whitefield and vicinity locations, as they see greater appreciation possibility of the land and assets due to rapid industrialization and warehousing projects. The satellite town ring road and the upcoming expressway has just added to the development agenda along with the possibility of Hoskote being formed as one of the municipal corporations of greater Bengaluru in the near future.

Speaking in the meetup, Mr. Prasanna Moorthy, Head of real estate division of IFB, the consumer durable market leader, has said that "the recent trends in the realty markets have been very positive for the plotted development projects, and this paradigm shift has been on the rise post the COVID19 pandemic, as many have started migrating to the suburban locales with wider lung spaces".

Addressing the channel partners who have come to visit the project site at Hoskote, Retired Wing Commander Ashok K Sharma, the Chairman of Industech Estates, the strategic partner for the Eastwood project, has said that "The last few years the realty markets have seen steep changes and now, the bell curve is on the rise for good, and this is a good time for the investors as well as end-users to invest in appreciating assets like the land and buildings".

The welcome speech was offered by Mr Sahadev Koorma, Market Head of Broker Network and Mr Niraj Srivastava, Sales Head for Bengaluru Realty Market for Industech Estates, gave a thorough presentation on the Eastwood Project as well as announced the various offers for the Channel Partners. The rate cards for the same was also displayed to all.
