Jane Elaine Ballerini Elected as a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers
The American College of Real Estate Lawyers is the premier organization of U.S. real estate lawyers. Admission is by invitation only after a rigorous screening process. ACREL's distinguished, nationally known lawyers have been elected to fellowship for their outstanding legal ability, experience, and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of real estate law. Attorney Ballerini notes that becoming an ACREL member has been a professional goal since she started practicing in the field of real estate. Further, she states, "I am honored to be a part of this national organization of ambitious and talented real estate practitioners."

She represents local and national banks in the extension of asset-based, mortgage and construction loans to commercial borrowers. Jane is one of a few practicing U. S. Her subspecialty is representing traditional lenders and Certified Development Companies in transactions involving government guaranteed loans.
