Are your data really secure? (Europe data policies)

KØBENHAVN SV, Denmark - May 18, 2022 - PRLog -- Most companies treat and storage great amounts of customer data, because its necessary to provide customer service and support on their orders, accounts, billing, subscriptions and so on.

That's why data security is very important to us in AD Client. We deliver customer service for scale-ups, know brands, medium-sized companies and webshops of all sizes.

Unfortunately most popular systems for customer service (and other areas) are dependant on cloud-solutions, where data is stored in the cloud (often at non-europe countries). With these solutions its an open question whether or not companies are compliant with europe GDPR laws.

We did not want to take the risk, and that's why we have chosen a system for our customer service, where data is stored locally in our country and on secure servers. We are using etrack1 (Denmark) which is a very user-friendly system as well.
