Stevens Construction begins Isla Del Sol Yacht & Country Club renovation

FORT MYERS, Fla. - May 12, 2022 - PRLog -- Stevens Construction will be providing an upgrade to the outdoor dining amenities at Isla Del Sol Yacht & Country Club, located at 6000 Sun Blvd. in St. Petersburg.

Stevens Construction is renovating the existing outdoor café and expanding the waterfront deck, which includes the new construction of a poolside tiki bar. Construction is slated for completion in fall 2022.

The Stevens Construction team includes project manager, Matt Fox; superintendent, James Callaghan; and project administrator, Terri Sobeck. Sofarelli and Associates is the architect of record.
