Local business celebrates expansion

CHELTENHAM, U.K. - May 11, 2022 - PRLog -- Award-winning Bolthole Retreats, set up in Cheltenham in 2017, has seen a 60 per cent increase in staff in the past year alone – and now has an office three times bigger than its former premises.

The new central Cheltenham office maintains its position in the cultural centre of the Cotswolds. The business was formed with the sole aim of providing a distinctive service to both holiday home owners and guests, and has seen unprecedented success in recent years.

It now exclusively manages over 150 properties in the Cotswolds and surrounding areas, and is nominated for a number of awards – most recently winning the Prestige Regional Agency of the Year award in January 2022.

The expansion comes against the backdrop of strong demand in domestic tourism, with the Cotswolds being one of the top three UK destinations for holidaymakers. Bolthole Retreats has seen its portfolio grow by 50 per cent in the last year, fuelling a 120 per cent increase in bookings from guests coming to the area.
