The Bullet Hell Shoot 'em up Deathsmiles I･II is Back in a Physical Bundle Pack!

KARLSTAD, Sweden - May 3, 2022 - PRLog -- Deathsmiles I and II are side-scrolling bullet hell shoot 'em ups released as arcade games in 2007 and 2009 respectively, by the legendary Japanese studio CAVE. Set in a gothic horror world with cute characters designed by manga artist Junya Inoue, the easy-to-play yet challenging game system made it popular with a wide range of players.

The bundle Deathsmiles I･II is coming to Nintendo Switch & Playstation 4 in a physical version. Published by Clear River Games, it will be available at video game retailers in North America and Europe.  City Connection will publish the digital version across the globe and the physical version in Asia and Japan. The physical version in North America and Europe will contain an instruction manual and art cards drawn by Junya Inoue. The physical version will be available on June 30th at 39.99 USD.EUR.

Includes:  Deathsmiles(Arcade, Version 1.1, Normal), Mega Black Label Edition (Arcade, Version 1.1, Normal) and Deathsmiles 2 (Arcade, IIX, Arrange)

The first title in the series, Deathsmiles, its upgraded version Deathsmiles Mega Black Label, and its sequel Death Smiles IIX: Merry Christmas in the Magic World, are included in the bundle. It also includes an arranged version where variations of the game are remixed with new rules and introduces new challenges not found in previous home versions of the game.

Full Practice Mode and Online Ranking

Training Mode allows you to practice by setting the stage and the state of your character in detail. The full menu makes it easy for beginners to play, and for advanced players to pursue their gameplay with the utmost care. In addition, there is an online ranking system with separate leaderboards for each title and version.
