In the year of 1801, a German scientist by the name Friedrich Sertürner made the first pharmaceutical medicine. He extracted a chemical from opium, and called it morphine. Now there is a new plan to legalize delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol across the nation. An initiative for delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol use for medical reasons or otherwise.
