Learn leadership skills in turbulent times at Toastmasters District 86 Conference in Mississauga

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario - April 21, 2022 - PRLog -- Four keynote speakers will share powerful leadership lessons at the Toastmasters District 86 conference April 22-24, 2022, in Mississauga.

Brampton's Roger Caesar, DTM, will deliver his first conference keynote since placing in the top three of the world championship of public speaking in 2021. His speech is: It's About Time. Caesar is a motivational speaker who helps others develop their speaking skills and maximize their greatness. He owns Caesar Transport Inc. in Brampton.
Cesar is a 10-year-member of Brampton Toastmasters and co-founded Raising Champions Advanced Toastmasters, helping members practice and master speaking and leadership skills.
Rotary-elect president Jennifer Jones of Windsor is the founder and president of Media Street Productions. She is a  member of the Rotary Club of Windsor-Roseland. Her speech is: Communicating Service onto Our World.
Jones is a leader in cultivating "experiential fundraising" to help Rotary's worldwide efforts to eradicate disease, support peace and provide clean water and sanitation. She's a recipient of the YMCA Peace Medallion, the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal and Wayne State University's Peacemaker of the Year Award — a first for a Canadian.
Margaret Zanel of Hamilton is an advisor to senior leaders, an executive coach, and an advocate for workplace equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Margaret is co-Founder and Partner in Wentworth Strategy Group; a diversified management consultancy focused on helping small and medium enterprises thrive. She's also a Co-instructor for the DeGroote School of Business Executive Education Program on Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace.
Margaret's speech — Leadership in 2022 — will touch on personal goal achievement for leaders and the skills needed to advance their careers in the new normal of hybrid and remote work environments.
Lark Doley, DTM of Austin, Texas, was 2018-19 President of Toastmasters International. Lark has a background in the computer hardware industry and experienced career upheaval brought by the pandemic.
She ended her employment while working remotely from the office.
Lark promises her speech, entitled Your Next Golden Chapter, will be an interactive event with audience members invited to share their pandemic experiences.
She wants to learn how others grew through the last two years of challenges, unencouraging everyone to share and celebrate successes.

Conference details

The "New Chapter, New Beginnings" conference runs online only Friday and Saturday, while Sunday, the Conference will unfold at the Hilton Mississauga Meadowvale and streamed online for a total cost of $105.
