Local REALTOR® Awarded Rene Certification

ORLANDO, Fla. - April 20, 2022 - PRLog -- Whitney Kane with Weichert, Realtors®- Hallmark Properties, has been awarded the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification, the premier negotiation credential in the country. The RENE is conferred by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) and is an official certification of the National Association of REALTORS^®. Whitney joins an elite group of real estate professionals from around the world who have earned the RENE certification. All were required to successfully complete comprehensive coursework in negotiation and subscribe to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.

Whitney is a Florida native and has been a licensed Florida real estate agent since 2013. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management in 2017. After earning her degree, she successfully started a career with Marriott Vacation Club in Park City, Utah in their Management Development Program. After a few years away from Florida, Whitney made the difficult decision to return to Florida, leaving her newfound career behind to focus full-time on real estate and be near her family. Whitney has become a powerful negotiator and resource within the real estate industry.
