REALTORS Drew Dellinger and Jean Schmaus recognized as top performing agents

With more than 25 million in sales in 2021, the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS (CCAR) ranks Dellinger within the top 1 percent of total MLS sales volume for the entire Grand Strand market. In an awards ceremony held on February 5, he was named GCR's 2021 Top Producer of the Year, Listing Agent of the Year, CRM Listing Agent of the Year, Listing Transactions Agent of the Year, and Total Transactions Agent of the Year. For his outstanding 2021 MLS ranking within the top 5 percent of total MLS sales volume, he was named a Garden City Realty Platinum Club Level REALTOR.

Year-to-date, Dellinger ranks within the top 6 percent of total MLS sales volume for the entire Grand Strand market with nearly five million in sales. He was the firm's Top Listing and Selling Agent in January.

With nearly 1.5 million in sales year-to-date, CCAR  ranks Schmaus within the top 38 percent of total MLS sales volume for the Grand Strand market.
