ALPHARETTA, Ga. - April 5, 2022 - PRLog -- Get ready for the Spring Recruitment Event for Pack 841 on Wednesday, April 13 at 5:30 p.m. It's going to be at Friendship Park, located at 12785 Birmingham Highway. Scouting is a year-round activity. You already know that most of the meetings take place during the school year, but Cub Scout Twilight Camp is just around the corner. This makes joining Cub Scout Pack 841 now the perfect time.

If you have youth that's between rising first grade through fifth grade who loves the outdoors or who simply likes to do fun activities then this is for them.  They'll have time to make new friends from the neighborhood, school or otherwise be introduced to kids that they never would've met.

During the school year Cub Scout Pack 841 will meet regularly, go camping, learn new skills and discover adventures all around them. In the summer Cub Scout Twilight Camp is a day camp that's held at Wills Equestrian Park from 2:30-8:30 pm. This half-day camp has the Scouts playing games, swimming, learning archery, engaging in crafts and making memories that will last them a lifetime.

At the Spring Recruitment Event parents and their potential Scouts can come and ask questions. There will be bottle rocket launches and games for the kids, while their parents or guardians can ask any questions that they have about Scouting or Cub Scout Pack 841. The Spring Recruitment event is Wednesday, April 13 from 5:30-7 at Friendship Park.
