Admitad invests $1.2 million in 'White Label' service, providing coupon solutions for media

Admitad, a global multi product IT company headquartered in Germany with offices in the USA and around the world, has announced an investment of $1.2 million in White Label, a startup providing revenue from сoupon solutions for online publishers.

DUBAI INTERNET CITY, UAE - March 31, 2022 - PRLog -- Admitad, a global multi product IT company headquartered in Germany with offices in the USA (Chicago) and around the world, has announced an investment of $1.2 million into White Label, a startup providing сoupon solutions for online media. In 2021, White Label generated $25 million in sales for brands, secured $1 million in profit for online media, received a second investment backup from Admitad, and also joined Admitad's family of acquired businesses and companies. The startup currently works with over 1,500 brands and major media holdings. Into 2022, White Label ambitiously plans to increase its profit by 250% while aiming at global expansion.

The importance of White Label coupon solutions for newspapers, news sites, magazines and other publishers is that it unlocks the additional audience monetization channel of eCommerce revenue by allowing partner brands to drive sales natively from the leading online resources. In 2021, users saved over $1.5 million by using promo codes that they found on coupon pages which White Label created.

"In the context of the proliferating promo code buying culture, White Label has huge potential. According to Admitad's estimates, promo code purchases rose by 36% worldwide in 2021. This unique model allows the business to outpace the market, in terms of growth, and to enjoy all the benefits of this trend. Our company's infrastructure will ensure even faster-paced growth for White Label," explained Alexander Bachmann, founder and CEO of Admitad.

Admitad invested into the project in two rounds, placing $350,000 in the company then $850,000, the latter investment of which took place in 2021 and was followed by the startup joining the group structure.

The story of White Label started in March 2019, when the team formed and managed to raise funds from the startup accelerator Admitad Projects a few months afterwards. The startup grew within the accelerator, utilizing Admitad's support. In 2020, sales through the startup's tools rose eight-fold, and White Label began to actively expand. The following year, the company's footprint grew to include India and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

"This year, we're rapidly growing in foreign markets, including a number of European countries and the United States. We plan to develop new tools to help consumers save and make smart purchases. We are also planning a mobile app and browser extension that are open to partnerships. Customer earnings are increasing as quickly as our profit. By the end of 2022, we expect a 250% increase in revenue YoY," said Vladislav Gubin, Founder and Head of White Label.
