GET's Chairman Dain Schult, Announces Development of Local Radio Starter

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - March 31, 2022 - PRLog -- Global Entertainment technology, Inc., ("GET") has announced added development to a future service to be offered – GET Local Radio Starter (sm).

GET Chairman, Dain L. Schult, stated, "This concept is something we've been working on for some time for individuals who would like to use this service to HOA subdivisions to even towns who want their own radio station and will never be able to get one from the Federal Communications Commission ("FCC") since the station spectrum is already full.

"Our focus group research indicates a need for those who want their own Internet Radio station to have outside assistance in creating it and operating it.  This includes all the various operational elements including royalties and licensing fees management that come with running an Internet Radio station.

"AM and FM terrestrial station are extremely expensive to own and operate, plus they come with a boatload more regulatory oversight with licensing, rules and regulations.  So this service was developed from that research. Yes, while there are hundreds of thousands of Internet stations worldwide, the desire and demand exist to create more stations allowing for more creative personal expression on the part of individuals, small towns and even companies who would like to have their own vehicle for music, news, sports or other forms of entertainment in a setting where they can control the content.  Any and all of these groups can benefit from utilizing GET's services.

"There simply is a finite number of available Terrestrial Radio frequencies, but no such restriction on the Internet.  Whether someone is looking for a 'hobby' approach to owning their own Internet Radio station or are looking at it from a commercial operations standpoint, GET services will be able to assist them in the process. Because of Covid, in particular, most people consider their smart phones as a radio now which only grows Internet Radio."
