FINESSE, a subsidiary of Kin Sang Group to acquire Pro-Tech Software

April 11, 2022 - PRLog -- To achieve undisputed health tech market leadership in digital business across Asia-Pacific and the Greater Bay Area through inorganic growth, Finessetech Holdings Limited ("FINESSE"), a subsidiary of  Kin Sang Group is pleased to announce it has entered into an agreement to acquire Pro-Tech Software (Asia) Limited ("Pro-Tech Software") from Pro-Tech Technology (Asia) Limited.

Pro-Tech Software is a leading Hong Kong-based boutique consultancy specializing in Microsoft 365, Microsoft technology, cloud platforms, and business process management (BPM) system implementation. It will remain an independent firm operating its office collaboration (SharePoint) and BPM businesses on completion of the acquisition and will exit its digital offerings.

The closing of this transaction is subject to customary conditions. Founded in 2014, Pro-Tech Software is a recognized implementer of BPM and SharePoint in Asia-Pacific offering collaborative software solutions to small, medium-sized, and large businesses in every industry.

Reference is made to the announcement of FINESSE. (the "Company") dated 30 Nov 2021, and the circular of the Company dated 30 November 2021 in respect of the major transaction in relation to the proposed acquisition of the BPM & SharePoint System Integrator ("Pro-Tech Software") business from Pro-Tech Technology (Asia) Limited.

The Company is pleased to announce that the condition precedent as set out in the MOU. The agreement has been satisfied and closing took place on 30 Nov 2021.
