Solnet Canada will start offering MSP services to small businesses in Ontario

ST.THOMAS, Ontario - March 28, 2022 - PRLog -- ACE Business & Technology Solutions Ltd., parent company to Solnet Canada(SoCa) confirms that it will stepping in as Managed Service Provider(MSP)s for small and medium businesses(SMB), with plans to spread the offering in 3 phases to cover whole Ontario. The first phase will start in April, 2022 at St Thomas, Ontario which will provide service to south western Ontario. With addition of MSPs, it completes their full suite of end to end solution for SMB - one stop solution for all IT needs.

As per board of directors, initial list of services included in MSP will be - Desktop computer support, windows server administration, Network storage management, cloud storage setup & administration, network security & firewall, managed routing and switching, security camera monitoring, wireless access point monitoring & administration, Work from home support and associated services.

Solution pricing will very base on number of employees, existing network and future growth plan and total numbers of services included in the plan. Instead of using traditional package plans, SoCa is implementing custom selection solution, where business can choose and select services as well as customize it for individual employee. This will provide more freedom of selection as well as a platform to add on services as needed.

Pricing to start as low as $9.95/user/month for Pay-as-you-go basic plan. Additionally, businesses will be eligible for special rate discount to businesses on various structured cabling services and IT hardware. Moreover, for first few months, SoCa will be offering complimentary network security assessment to businesses.
