Indoor House Plant Store in Waterloo Ontario Celebrates 1st Year Anniversary

WATERLOO, Ontario - March 25, 2022 - PRLog -- This past week, Gold Leaf Botanicals celebrated their first anniversary on Park Street, with a cake made to replicate an entire Monstera plant. Customers came by to enjoy plant themed treats as they browsed for plants. After winning the Reader's Choice award for "Best New Business in Waterloo" they have enjoyed success, and have been able to give virtual lessons to plant lovers during the lockdown.

Bryan, an owner of Gold Leaf said, "It has been so rewarding educating people on all aspects of plants. With our help we have turned serial plant-killers into plant enthusiasts. We always want to make sure owners have the knowledge to keep their plants alive and healthy, to gain confidence and grow more plants in the future."

Interest in house plants has grown in the past few years, and Gold Leaf Botanicals has been able to share their passion for tropical plants with so many new plant-parents. Derek, another owner said, "It's amazing to see people drive to Waterloo from Toronto, Ottawa, and from even further. Plants make people happy, and customers laugh while they shop. The support from the local community has been overwhelming as well"
