Mark Spain Real Estate Debuts on Nashville's Top 25 Residential Real Estate Firms List

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - March 24, 2022 - PRLog -- Mark Spain Real Estate made its first appearance on Nashville's annual Top 25 Residential Real Estate Firms list. The list is based on 2021 closed transaction sides by area firms and is compiled by the Nashville Business Journal. The list was published in the Friday, March 18, 2022, issue.

Opened in 2018, the Nashville location was the first office in Tennessee for Mark Spain Real Estate and has steadily worked to expand its presence across the greater Nashville region. It annually sponsors the Nashville Rescue Mission's Radiothon fundraiser and has assisted with past relief efforts for area tornado victims.

Company-wide, it achieved more than $3.3 billion in gross sales and 10,374 closings.

Mark Spain Real Estate has earned top-producing spots on other Top 25 Real Estate Companies lists as well, making the Atlanta list four consecutive years as well as the Charlotte and Raleigh lists the last two years running.
