Pasco County community Mirada hosts its first farmers market event

LAND O' LAKES, Fla. - March 24, 2022 - PRLog -- The fast-growing community of Mirada will host its first "Market Place at Mirada" farmers market on Saturday, April 9 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The event, which was postponed due to inclement weather on its original date in March, will feature booths from more than 30 local vendors featuring fresh foods, organic produce, crafts, plants, and decor. Here are some examples of wide range of vendors on display:

• Terra's Soaps: Homemade soaps made with natural products and essential oils or fragrances.
• Shady Oaks: Fresh vegetables from a local farm.
• Doggie Delights: Organic dog treats.
• Potato Ballin': Specialty stuffed potato balls.
• Tom's Custom Corn Hole Sets: Corn hole sets created with a variety of designs, many reflecting buyers' favorite sports teams.
• Pat's Pots & Things: Home décor items made from terra cotta pots, along with wreaths and centerpieces.
• Your Neighbor's Southern Sweets: Cakes, pies, bread, and candy.

A selection of outstanding food options will also be on hand, and the family-friendly event is free and open to the public.
