The Senior has lived in an UpState South Carolina Townhome for 8 years and paid in rental income to an UpState South Carolina Real Estate Company in Seneca, SC and to the Owner who lives in Saratoga, CA a total of $92,000 in rental paid income. The Senior was subjected to non repairs, non reimbursement by the UpState Real Estate Company, denied improvements when requested and was told " not till you vacate" by the UpState Real Estate Company and much more. The Senior at the age of 82 has been subjected to Landlord Harassment, Refusal to Obtain Documents as the excellent rental payment history from 2013 to 2022 that reflects $92,000 paid during an 8 year residency. The Senior was accused of being dirty, smelly, non sanitary and more defaming statements which are not true. The Senior is now being Unlawfully Evicted in only 8 days which is an Illegal  action to Arbitrarily evict a tenant when paying during a current lease.
