Support Your Whole-Being with a Wellness Workshop
TaDā Wellness Partners with Athleta, Green Valley District, to offer a free community workshop series. Don't miss March's event, Reflective Journaling.
On Sunday, March 27 from 9-10:30am, Tamara Kino and Dana Perich will be in store at Athleta teaching the benefits of journaling, as well as some strategies to get started on creating this wellness habit.
Journaling provides a way to organize and process thoughts and events, while enhancing critical thinking, self-awareness, and creativity. It can boost memory functions and emotional intelligence, as well as assist in the management of depression and anxiety. Studies. have linked journaling to an improved immune system and increased physical health do to mindful and frequent goal-setting and self-reflection. The process of journaling supports the mind, body, and spirit, improving whole-being wellness.
