Vibe Yoga offers monthly full moon yoga

FORT MYERS, Fla. - March 11, 2022 - PRLog -- Vibe Yoga is offering outdoor full moon yoga monthly through June. The hour-long sessions are from 7 to 8 p.m. on March 18, April 15, May 16 and June 14 and limited to 20 participants. In the event of inclement weather, the sessions will move inside to the studio.

Sessions are $20 per person and include a healing crystal gemstone for each participant.

"In this outdoor yoga class, we will dive deep into personal growth under the guidance of the full moon energy," said teacher Katie Bee. "Our time together will explore asana, meditation, reflection and making sure we are aligned to our intentions."

Bee completed 200-hour yoga training at Om Joyful Yoga in 2014 and completed a 300-hour advanced training at Asheville Yoga Center in 2021. Her specialties include gentle yoga, prenatal yoga and a Vin-Yin mashup.
