BLB04 High Linearity LNA for TDD/FDD LTE and 5G NR (New Radio) Applications

GANGNAM-GU, South Korea - March 10, 2022 - PRLog -- Today BeRex announced a new product, the BLB04, which is a 2500 MHz to 5000 MHz high linearity LNA, based on GaAs material with E-pHEMT process that is ideal for TTD and FDD LTE, and for 5G NR Base Station Infrastructure applications demanding high linearity and fast switching times.  The BLB04 provides a switching time specification of 150ns Rise time, and 50ns fall time, to support TDD-5G applications.

BeRex, a mobile communication component development and manufacturing company, has launched the BLB04, a high linearity LNA which operates at both 3.3V and 5.0V supply voltages, and at 3600MHz and 5.0V provides: 33.0dBm Output IP3 (at 0dBm/tone), 18.0dB Gain, and 18.7dBm P1dB.  The BLB04's Noise Figure is 0.59dB (de-embedded at 3600MHz), and it has Fast shut down times to support TDD system specifications.  BeRex's BLB04 is packaged in a Lead-free/Green/RoHS Compliant DFN 8-Pin 2mm x 2mm package and is designed to enable applications such as Commercial, Industrial, and Military wireless systems and Mobile Communications Infrastructure.  These devices are 100% DC and RF tested to assure quality and performance.
