Launch Loyalty Powered by Careington CIO to Speak at Inaugural Women in DSO Event

FRISCO, Texas - March 10, 2022 - PRLog -- Launch Loyalty powered by Careington is excited to announce that Chief Information Officer Rashmi Jain is speaking at the Inaugural Women in DSO® Event March 9-11 in Las Vegas during the session, "The Future is Bright: Women at the Forefront of Dentistry."

This Women in DSO inaugural event, "Empower and Grow 2022," will highlight networking events, professional coaching sessions, headshot and brand-building workshops, and feature Dental Support Organizations leader panels and sessions.

"I am excited to be a speaker at the Women in DSO Inaugural Event," said Rashmi Jain, Careington Chief Information Officer. "It's an honor to be a part of the very first event for this amazing organization that supports and shares contributions of women in the dental industry, which is an industry where we are proud to have had deep roots for more than 40 years."

Rashmi began her career with Careington in 1999. During her tenure, Rashmi expanded the IT Division and championed the company's investment in technology, creating cost efficiencies and growing the scope of the company's services. Her contributions helped fuel the company's success, as she recognized business technology was a core part of what the company could offer to its clients. It was Rashmi's ingenuity and strategic thought leadership that led the company to develop a system with capabilities to deliver fully custom solutions for its clients, so they could build and expand their reach in the direct-to-consumer, small business and group markets.

Rashmi was an honoree of the 2020 Dallas Business Journal's Minority Business Leader Awards and finalist of the 2021 Tech Titans Emerging Company CIO/CTO Awards and the 2022 Dallas CIO of the Year® ORBIE® Awards.

Also participating in the Women in DSO event as a session moderator is Leesa Olson, Director of Launch Loyalty.
