Vibe Yoga offers Spring Rebirth Yoga & Meditation Workshop on March 19
By: Vibe Yoga
"Spring is about returning to the light and letting the soul blossom into its next season," said Vibe Yoga instructor Katie Bee, who will be teaching the workshop with Miriam Lauzardo of Little Light Yoga in Fort Lauderdale. "We will work on aligning that energy and balancing ourselves for what is to come by setting our intentions and literally planting our seeds of creation."
Bee completed 200-hour yoga training at Om Joyful Yoga in 2014 and completed 300-hour advanced training at Asheville Yoga Center in October. Her specialties include gentle yoga, prenatal yoga and a Vin-Yin mashup.
Lauzardo worked in pediatric clinical research for about 15 years, when she volunteered to teach yoga to children for a new pediatric integrative medicine program. She received her 200-hour Yoga and Reiki Therapy certification at Om Joyful Yoga in 2014 followed by prenatal yoga and yin yoga certifications. She likes incorporating meditation, breathwork and visualizations to encourage others to shine. Lauzardo has a mediation channel, Little Light Meditations, on YouTube.
The workshop is $44 per person. Registration is required and is limited to 12 participants. For information, visit VibeYogaSWFL.com.
