ACS Defense lawyer in NYC Announces Dismissal of Client's Case

BROOKLYN, N.Y. - March 4, 2022 - PRLog -- The Law Offices of Michael S. Discioarro, LLC stated today that the case of ACS v. S.V. Docket No. 09788 was dismissed today. "Our client is very happy, she's a wonderful mother and ACS should not have attacked her like this," Mr. Discioarro said. "The case involved a mother who had a sick child who missed many school days. The NYC Department of Education uses ACS to punish parents. As soon as a parent disagrees with the school, they will call ACS against a parent. Instead of helping the child, the Department of Education will attack the mother."

The Office of Children and Family Services was prosecuting the case against the mother. Mr. Discioarro was able to persuade ACS to drop the case and present valid evidence that the mother did nothing wrong. "I can't believe my client had to go through this, thank God its over for her," he said.
