Community Relations Director Announcement - Colorado Palliative & Hospice Care
Jennifer Forrester, Executive Director said, "We are thrilled Melissa has accepted the Community Relations Director position for the south Denver metro area. The Community Relations Director (CRD) works with Community Relations Representatives (CRRs) to identify and develop a network of potential referral sources. Heideman will apply her considerable marketing/sales background to establish and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities while educating them on palliative and hospice care. Heideman's role includes providing quality information to the patient Interdisciplinary Care Teams (IDT). Heideman's experience consists of more than twenty years in medical and pharmaceutical sales. She holds a Master of Arts in Applied Communication and a Certification in Corporate Training from the University of Denver.
