Lauren is the founder of Meet Me In Down Dog Yoga and practitioner of yoga for over 25 years and has found the practice to bring balance to the mind and body and soul.  According to Lauren "Getting the body in alignment will allow safe and free movement in your golf game – as well as your everyday life."

Meet Me In Down Dog (MMIDD) is located in Bucks County and offers Virtual, Private and Group classes throughout the year.  Her team includes award winning yoga instructors Seth and Marissa as well.
