CEDARBURG, Wis. - Feb. 25, 2022 - PRLog -- PartsBadger completed the installation and programming for another new collaborative robotic arm to complete 3, 4, and 5-axis milling jobs in their Cedarburg, Wisconsin manufacturing facility. This marks yet another step in the automated production process to accommodate manufacturing demand.

"The VF4SS That we have connected the robot to is a Medium Haas Mill with 50" of X travel, 25" of Y travel and 20 inches of Z trazel, The machine has the IO boards to be a 3, 4,or 5-axis mill with the addition of a Rotary or 5th axis trunnion. We have 2 and 3 axis and a trunnion setup so we can do 3 stations of machining with 1 being the 5th axis." - Eric Jaccard, Shop Manager, PartsBadger
