T-Mobile to be Slapped by Consumer Lawsuit for Failing to Protect Consumer from Cyber Breach

T-Mobile in August of 2021 was breached by a massive cyber attack which stole over 50 million customers and past customers 48 million social security numbers sensitive information. Plaintiff for this case was also a victim of this attack by having his social security number compromised and all personal information. T-Mobile has now been sited by the FCC for violating several rules for not protecting consumers of this company for their personal information and more see (FCC-04-204A1). Plaintiff, was made aware of this breach of his personal information via his Experian & Discover Security. The ineptness of the Defendant, T-Mobile via out dated severs, poor security downloads of their computers for protecting personal information and more, was very inept and more. Plaintiff, requested documents from this closed account from 2008-2013 which their lawyer Scott Elder of Alston & Bird in Atlanta, GA has refused to produce even with authorization from Plaintiff. Plaintiff is suing for $750,000.
