Spectrum Recruiting Solutions Announces Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) Certification

SALT LAKE CITY - March 1, 2022 - PRLog -- Spectrum Recruiting Solutions, a nationally recognized Recruiting, Direct Hire, Recruitment Process Ownership (RPO), and Outplacement service company specializing in talent acquisition and employee retention within the Engineering and the Manufacturing Industry, announced today that they have been approved as a WBE by the Women's Business Enterprise Council-West (WBEC-West),  a regional partner organization of the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).

The WBE certification process is meticulous and includes an in-depth review of the business, corporate documentation, clients, and the business owner, along with a site inspection. The certification process is designed to confirm the business is at least 51% owned, operated and controlled by a woman or women, and meets the stringent requirements set forth by the WBENC.
