Garden City Realty recognizes its 2021 Agents of the Year

GARDEN CITY, S.C. - Feb. 15, 2022 - PRLog -- Lee Hewitt, Broker-in-Charge of Garden City Realty, Inc., a full-service real estate company, is pleased to announce Drew Dellinger was named GCR's 2021 Top Producer of the Year, Listing Agent of the Year, CRM Listing Agent of the Year, Listing Transactions Agent of the Year, and Total Transactions Agent of the Year.

In an awards ceremony held on Feb. 5 at New York Prime in Myrtle Beach, SC, Garden City Realty announced its 2021 Agent of the Year award winners.

In addition to Dellinger, Bobby Streett was named GCR's Top Selling Agent of the Year, Selling Transactions Agent of the Year, and GCR Rental Referral Agent of the Year.

Brian White was named GCR's Top CRM Selling Agent of the Year, CRM Listing Agent of the Year, and Total CRM Transactions Agent of the Year.

Drew Streett was named GCR's Top Luxury Portfolio Listing Agent of the Year.

Douglas Morris was named GCR's Top Dual Transactions Agent of the Year.

Jean Schmaus was named GCR's Top LeadingRE Outgoing Transactions Agent of the Year.

Denise Coleman was named GCR's Top LeadingRE incoming Transactions Agent of the Year.

Dellinger, Bobby Streett, and Drew Streett were recognized as GCR Platinum Club Level REALTORS for their outstanding 2021 MLS ranking within the top five percent of total MLS sales volume. Morris, Coleman, June Hiller, and Norm Clay were recognized as GCR Gold Club Level REALTORS for their outstanding 2021 MLS ranking with the top 15 percent of total MLS sales volume, and White and Schmaus were recognized as GCR Silver Club Level REALTORS for their outstanding 2021 MLS ranking within the top 25 percent of total MLS sales volume.

In 2021, GCR ranked within the top four percent of total sales volume for all of MLS. The average sales price of residential property in the MLS was $282,316, while GCR's average sales price (list side) was $435,159.

All statistics are based on active agents within MLS with sales between Jan.1 and Dec. 31, 2021.
