Hewitt brings almost a decade of experience in the education technology industry. Previously, Hewitt was an entrepreneur, having co-founded several successful startups, and a leader in customer success and support, guiding companies towards their mission of customer loyalty while also helping to grow teams.

Since joining Pikmykid, Hewitt has found success developing its team and increasing efficiency. Moving forward, Hewitt aims to adjust and strengthen the platform while working to increase client retention and build strong relationships with its customers. Hewitt recently surveyed Pikmykid's existing customer base to determine its Net Promoter Score (NPS) and found the platform to have a very impressive ranking of 60, a comparable score to mega companies, such as Starbucks, Amazon and Netflix. Utilizing the information from the survey results, Hewitt will continue to adjust and improve the platform to best serve its clients.
