EL DORADO HILLS, Calif. - Feb. 3, 2022 - PRLog -- The Pat Seide Group was honored to be recognized as one of Coldwell Banker's top performing teams, globally.  Out of over 3,000 offices and more than 100,000 agents, the team came in at the top 2% for 2021. This is a significant milestone for the team and very timely in Pat Seide's, the team's namesake, 35th year of selling real estate.
Last year was one of the busiest year's the team has ever had selling real estate in the greater Sacramento and El Dorado County area. Just over 100 transactions had the team on their toes all year, "but it was incredibly satisfying to be able to work with such exceptional clients", says Pat.  Many of those clients are repeat customers and referrals.
It's no secret that the real estate market has been hot, and this area is one of the hottest in California. Due to the team's keen ability to negotiate, they were able to help many buyers land their dream home in multiple offer situations.  It also helps that the team had a nice backlog of homes where they represented the seller's, so they had perspective from both sides. Additionally, the team is representing many custom Serrano lots that are attractive to clients desiring to build their dream home.
