JIMMY.B and the Death Rattles "WE ARE FIRE" New single release MARCH 4th 2022

NEW YORK - Feb. 5, 2022 - PRLog -- A little history: ​​Jimmy.B and the Death Rattles are a six-piece alternative rock band hailing from the south coast of England. They have one album to their credit to date entitled Porno Taught Me How To Love, a collection of songs as observation of the slow pornographisation of the western culture throughout the civilised world. We Are Fire is the first single to be released from the aforementioned album and looks at how modern electioneering and political campaigning is much like a drug deal and that the human spirit has no political views.

The Video: The accompanying video to We Are Fire was part directed by the band and filmmaker Ross Gill at Global Fire Studios based on the south coast of England. The video is real eye-candy and fits the energy of the song perfectly as it blends both live action against green screen CGI plus artwork by Jimmy.B, all of which flashes in around the different band members who in turn find themselves in forever changing settings. Both the song and the video contain that nervous energy of a band capturing the zeitgeist brilliantly.

Influences: We Are Fire is an extremely catchy ​three-minute smash of a synth-rock song, evoking the likes of such bands as Roxy Music and T-Rex as well as more recent acts such as The Killers and early Radiohead, or Depeche Mode. A song designed to work perfectly for radio everywhere.
