Engagement | Candidate Engagement Search

• Candidate engagement search card gets generated in the HR desk>Search when engagement is created for the upcoming candidates. The accordion is used to drag the entire card for viewing the body.
• The outer card shows the subject, body, status (If it is active/inactive), frequency (One time/Event based), published date & published by.
• The "View" hyperlink gives you the sight of the entire candidate engagement card.
• In the cards having "Active" status, users will be provided with two options to Inactivate and Edit the fields.

Payroll | Release salary alert on employee other status

• When HR starts to release salary, a pop-up will appear as an alert by highlighting other status employees.
• Pop-up shows the count of selected employees who mapped under which status.
• If the HR wants, he/she may filter out Absconding, Retired, Sabbatical, Suspended, or Terminated employees before releasing salary.
• On hitting the release button, the process gets completed for the selected employees.

New Codes of Wages

Do you want to ensure that employees are not assigned a total salary less than minimum wages?

Also, do you want to ensure that the employee is not assigned a basic less than 50% of his CTC/ gross earnings for the month?

If you answered yes to both questions, this feature is just for you.

• Small checks have been extended while assigning CTC to comply with best practices to be part of the New Code of Wages.
• Users can enable them from Payroll>settings.

Introducing Business Partner (Beta)

Often, administrators need external holders to be a part of the business process. There could be multiple use cases like:

• BGV partners as part of preboarding

Recruitment | Recruitment Dashboard

The recruitment dashboard provides you the overall analytic data view regarding total open or closed positions in the defined month. It also shows the list of job details, recruiter performance, and process efficiency for time to hire. Users can also export the list of data in a go.

PMS | Company Goal Creation, Company Goal Search

• To create a company goal, you can now navigate to HR Desk>> Actions>> Performance>> Create company goal.
• To search for company goals, navigate to HR Desk>> Search. Select company goals from the available searches.
