Efforts Unified to Recall DA Gascon

NORTHRIDGE, Calif. - Jan. 30, 2022 - PRLog -- LOS ANGELES, CA.  Recall Gascon Now (RGN), as part of its winding down process, will deliver its remaining assets to the primary PAC, RecallDAGeorgeGascon.com.  The remaining assets include about $6,000 in cash, as well as the RGN website.  "RGN fully supports the Recall of George Gascon.  As you will see, our actions speak louder than words" said a founding member, who is currently a DDA and asked not to be named.

On Friday, January 28, 2022 RGN removed Ms. Roseberry from the Board of Directors. The Board communicated to her that she was no longer to speak for or act on behalf of RGN.

"RGN now publicly demands the return of the RGN website as well as the return of all RGN property.  RGN never approved the upload of the petition to collect signatures, nor is RGN in control of the UPS address Ms. Roseberry is using to personally collect signatures on the RGN webpage" said Mihran Kalaydjian, a RGN board member.

Ms. Roseberry continues to act without authority.  Last week, despite a clear vote to cease operations, Ms. Roseberry tried to spend $5,800 on an unnecessary data purchase, without board approval.  The board caught this and reversed the transaction.

In fact, Ms. Roseberry continues to insist--even after her removal--that she will solely and exclusively wind down the PAC as she is the only one who can do it.  "We have directed our treasurer to cease communications with Ms. Roseberry given her removal" said Harriette Reid, another RGN board member.  Ms. Roseberry has simply gone rogue and has refused to listen to logic or reason.  She has no ability to speak on behalf of RGN.  She continues to operate the RGN website without permission.  She also continues, without authorization, to use the names of the Board Members on the website.

"Even after a 4-0 vote to remove Ms. Roseberry from the PAC, she continues to act without the rest of the board's approval, continuing operations of collecting signatures, and refusing access to the website.  It is sad that this dirty laundry must be aired in public now, but I do not condone this rogue behavior.  I supported ending RGN efforts after Round one, even despite my reservations with those who led the effort.  I do not want any part in standing between them and the successful recall of DA George Gascon" said RGN Board Member, Marc Ang.

The RGN board continues to review all options.  We expect to retrieve the website through legal means.  RGN is terminating operations, paying its final bills, and distributing assets, but doing so amidst a rogue agent who is trying to subvert the will of the RGN Board.
