Prairie Represents Deerfield Construction Group, Inc. in its Sale to ADB Companies, LLC

("Deerfield" or the "Company") has been acquired by ADB Companies, LLC ("ADB"), a portfolio company of Warren Equity Partners. Prairie acted as exclusive financial advisor in this transaction to Deerfield and its shareholders and was led by Anthony Dolan of Prairie. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
