A Harvard study found Black Americans 3 times as likely to be shot by the police, and Dr. Reese is shouting for reconciliation from the rooftops. The disparities and inequities have gone on since slavery and now Dr. Reese exposes this systemic racism that is plaguing our African American men. In her upcoming virtual summit, "Healing with Him," Dr. Reese explains the open wounds that men of color carry, and she calls on women to help make a societal shift. The wounds are much like the scars our ancestors bore from the whipping post, but these are emotional.

A study by Mental Health America found "Adult Blacks and African Americans are more likely to have feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and worthlessness than adult whites."  Now, Dr. Reese has the answer to those woes.

In her groundbreaking YouTube testimonial "Dear Black Man: I Owe You an Apology," Dr. Reese lifts the veil on the themes of hatred and degradation that plague mocha-skinned men. The Stanford grad unearths the history of shameless slavery and fast forwards to the preschool-to-prison pipeline that ensnares young men.

At the "Healing with Him: Black Women Acknowledging, Honoring and Humanizing Black Men's Trauma" Virtual Summit Dr. Reese sends out a clarion call to women of color to forgive and be the change agent for these wounds. She invites sisters to unite and undergird Black men as they rise to be regarded simply as human beings in this great nation. "He becomes all he was destined, born, and created to be."
