Additionally, there are many previous studies that have identified leaders as coaches as a powerful developmental intervention for motivating, inspiring, developing, and retaining employees in organizations. In fact, to be operational as a program that develops coaching skills and enhances leadership qualities as well as self-efficacy of the employees working in the industry, a leadership training needs to align these skills with personal and professional goals as concluded by Milner's study in 2018.

Currently there are various kinds of industry specific coaching that are applied in the workplace and these leadership training are specific to the industry niche that the organization belongs to so that their work performance and goals are enhanced during the training. Leadership training is known to be the most effective and widely applied approach to leadership development which has now emerged into the limelight and has become a paramount element of organizational learning, workplace talent management.
