Have you noticed, that our times are well-known for sarcasm, criticism and all kind of negativity? How do you feel about that? Do you also convey these kinds of thoughts, news, actions? Do you, really, but I mean really, deep in you, feel good with that? Doing that? Is this of any benefit for you? Why this is not worth it? How can you transform this? What does criticism do to you?
How often do you judge others? How often do you make fun of others or criticise them? How do you feel in such moments? Is this kind of action, make you feel good? Is it giving you anything positive? Is it boosting your wellbeing? Really? Is your sarcastic comment makes you happier? Feeling better? For how long? For how long, has this kind of behaviour improved the way you are feeling?
