Tulameen BC, in legal battle over copyrights to Tulameen Daze name

VANCOUVER, British Columbia - Jan. 13, 2022 - PRLog -- I Only Touch Greatness Podcast is a registered company in Canada, they have had on some of the biggest names in NHL, NFL, UFC history. Big name Hip Hop, and Country music artists.

This past summer I Only Touch Greatness invested in starting another company that makes merchandise and starting a clothing line. The name of the shirt company is  I Love Tulameen Tee shirts. The first shirt brand started by the company was the "Tulameen Daze" named after the great parties every August long weekend back when Tulameen was great in the past. Back when camping and parties with live bands and Dj's playing on the river all night long. After filing and being approved for a copyright for their shirt company I Only Touch Greatness and I Love Tulameen Tee Shirts also copyrighted the name "Tulameen Strong" in order to make shirts to raise money for the victims of the floods in November. The Tulameen Strong copyrights was approved by registry so they proceeded to make shirts and donate money to the towns gofund me account. Which they did do and have vowed to donate all profits to the town of Tulameen.

Recently the town of Tulameen was made aware of the copyrights that got approved by the registry, because there was not anyone in town that had these names copyrighted after all these years some how. I Only Touch Greatness and I Love Tulameen Tee Shirts are selling fast and now the town community club is irate that they didn't think of copyrighting the names and making shirts first. The town council member Cheryl Maddalozza has been seen on Facebook threatening and wishing bad karma down on the owners of I Only Touch Greatness and I Love Tulameen Tee Shirts.

I Love Tulameen Tee shirts is a Tee Shirt Business that does not just cater to the town of Tulameen, they also make merchandise for Stags, Bachelorettes, other companies in Vancouver and Vancouver Island.

The owners of I Only Touch Greatness and I Love Tulameen tee shirts don't know what to do. They have offered to sell the company to a local who thinks they want to can run it better. Just to stop the hate that is being thrown towards his legacy. The owner of I Love Tulameen Tee Shirts recently turned a podcast episode, into his opportunity to explain what has happened to turn a town against him and how the town is bullying someone who has spent his life promoting and wanting to promote business in this small town in British Columbia.
