Proceeds will benefit East Bridgewater High School Athletics.
By: PR First
With a holistic approach to health and wellness the three businesses will focus on fitness, nutrition, recovery and injury prevention. They will offer a series of free clinics throughout the day that focus on weight lifting, functional training, proper mechanics of a golf swing, injury prevention and nutrition. Attendees are encouraged to stop in to participate in one or all of the clinics.
The event will also raise money to benefit the East Bridgewater High School Athletics Program. There will be a 100% optional donation component for all of those interested in attending the event and Dunkin of East Bridgewater will match the donation total at the end of the event. Space is limited so advance registration is advised at https://www.eventbrite.com/
